The Department of Posts, Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates.
Through the recruitment drive, India Post will fill up multiple vacancies for the posts of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman and Multi-Tasking staff under sportspersons quota.
Candidates can apply for the posts by filling up the department prescribed application format and send it to Assistant Director (sports), Office of Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar by December 3, by speed post or registered post only.

Age Limit
Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant: Candidate must be between 18-27 years (relax able by 3 years for OBC; by 5 years for SC/ST), up to 40 years for Government Servant as per extant instructions of Govt. of India.
Postman: 18-27 years (relax able by 3 years for OBC; by 5 years for SC/ST), up to 40 years for Government Servant as per extant instructions of Govt. of India
Multi-Tasking Staff: 18-25 years (relaxable by 3 years for OBC; by 5 years for SC/ST), up to 35 years for Government Servant as per extant instructions of Govt. of India
Educational Qualification
Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board or university (Excluding vocational stream).
Postman: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board or university (Excluding vocational stream).
Multi-Tasking Staff: Candidates must have passed 10th standard pass from a recognised Board.
