The Public Information Unit of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has invited applications for the recruitment of consultants at its Headquarters, Maidan Garhi.
The consultants will be appointed for a period of two years and extendable every six months. Interested candidates may apply through online only in the prescribed application form. Hard copies will not be accepted.
The last date for the receipt of the application is January 10, 2022.
Vacancy Details:
1. Senior Consultant: 1 Post
Remuneration: Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000
Essential Qualification and Experience:
-Must have a PG degree in Management (MBA preferably in Marketing) with 55% and above -Should have at least 5 years of experience in organizing Educational Conferences/Events/Meet at National and International Level or, in Electronic Media/Social Media and Media Management /Open & Distance Learning Student Support in ODL System.
2. Consultant: 2 Posts
Remuneration: Rs 40,000 – Rs 50,000
Essential Qualification and Experience:
-Must have a PG degree with 55% & above marks and should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Journalism and Mass Communication/Public Relation/Media from a recognized university or Government institution.
-At least, 5 years of experience in Advertising, Press Relations, Public Relations, Media Management in higher education industry and extensive experience in Planning, Implementing and Monitoring the Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness

-The educational qualification, experience and other conditions of eligibility as stipulated above against the post shall be determined as on the last date of submitting the application.
-The age of applicant preferably below 55 years on the last date of form submission.
