Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released an official notification inviting applications to fill up Junior Executive positions in various fields.

Eligibility Criteria
Junior Executive Mechanical, 130 Posts: Candidates should have passed 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Junior Executive Electrical, 65 Posts: Aspirants should hold a 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Junior Executive Instrumentation, 37 Posts: Applicants are required to possess a 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Instrumentation, and Electronics Engineering.
Junior Executive Chemical, 2 Posts: Contenders should possess a 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum score required is, 60% marks for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit for applying for the above mentioned positions is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. However, the maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBCNC) and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.
Selection Procedure
Candidates are will be required to undergo an examination in Computer Based Test mode. Aspirants qualifying the CBT mode examination will be further undergo other selection procedures.
The test will comprise of two parts. The first part of the test will be based on General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation). The second part of the examination will require Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.
Application Fee
UR, OBCNC and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs 1180 as intimation fee along with payment gateway charges if any. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD are exempted from payment of application fee.
