The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has invited online applications from interested candidates for various trade posts on a fixed tenure contract basis. The initial appointment will be for one year, which may be extended up to a maximum of four years, including the first term.
A total of 125 vacancies have been announced across various trades under the Senior Artisan (SA-C) category. The posts are distributed as Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, and Fitter.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed two-year ITI in the respective trade. For SA-C Category 1, a minimum of two years post-qualification experience in manufacturing, production, repair, or testing of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in Public Sector Units is essential.
For SA-C Category 2, applicants must possess relevant work experience in their respective trades post qualification.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for unreserved candidates is 30 years as of July 25, 2025, with relaxations of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and an additional 10 years for PwBD (with 40% or more disability).
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs 23,368 per month. The position is purely contractual, with no provision for permanent absorption.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in their ITI qualification. Shortlisting will be done in the order of merit, trade-wise and category-wise (UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST), in a ratio of 1:4.
