DRDO recruitment for Apprentice posts underway, email applications by Nov 14; check details

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has initiated the application process for the recruitment of Apprentices for a one-year Apprenticeship Training program in diverse trades at the Proof & Experimental Establishment (PXE), Chandipur. 

Eligible candidates may submit their applications through email to training.pxe@gov.in no later than November 14, 2023.

Total Vacancy: 37 posts

• Graduate Apprentice: 4 posts

• Technician Apprentice: 33 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Diploma/BE/BTech in relevant discipline from recognised University/Institute.

Selection Process

PXE's Selection Board will carefully review the applications, shortlisting candidates according to the marks achieved in their essential qualifications. Those who make the shortlist will then be invited to participate in a written test or interview, which will take place at PXE, Chandipur. Following the interview, successful candidates will receive their offer letters exclusively through email.

• Under the "Careers" section, locate and download the application form for 'Engagement of Apprentices in PXE, Chandipur'

• Fill out the application form by typing the required information, avoiding handwriting

• Attach a recent photograph to the form and affix your signature

• Scan the completed document

• Send the scanned application as an attachment via email to training.pxe@gov.in, ensuring it is in PDF format
