Educational Qualification
A candidate should hold a commerce degree from a UGC-recognized university through a regular classroom course and be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Possessing additional professional qualifications like ICWA, ACA, MBA (Finance), and LLB will be considered advantageous.
Age Limit
The age of candidate must not surpass 45 years as on crucial date.
Remuneration
The minimum annual salary (CTC) is Rs 12 Lacs, with the possibility of an increase to Rs 50,000 per annum for each year of experience beyond 5 years.
However, the total CTC should not surpass Rs 15 Lacs per annum. Annual increments will be in accordance with the company's policy.
Selection Process
Selection will be done through interview only by Interview Committee appointed by the Board.

An application fee of Rs 500/- for Unreserved (General) and Rs 200 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates is non-refundable. The payment can be made through a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favor of "Cent Bank Home Finance Limited," payable at Mumbai.
