Educational Qualification
Applicants interested in the positions must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in all semesters/years. Alternatively, candidates with a postgraduate degree or MBA (Marketing & Finance) or an equivalent professional qualification are also eligible.
Age Limit
Applicants must fall within the age range of 28 to 37 years as of December 1, 2023.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 600 for General, EWS, and OBC category candidates, while it is Rs 100 for SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates. The candidate is obligated to pay the non-refundable application fee/Intimation charges, regardless of the conduct of the online test or the candidate's shortlisting for the interview.
Selection Process
The selection process may include an online test, psychometric test, or any other test considered appropriate for further evaluation, followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview for candidates who qualify in the online test.
The online test will consist of 150 questions, with a maximum score of 225, and duration of 150 minutes.
Pay Scale
For MMG/S-III, the monthly compensation is Rs 63,840 x 1990 (5) – 73,790 x 2220 (2) – 78,230. The total monthly Cost to Company (CTC) at the initial level for MMG/S-III, inclusive of Dearness Allowance (DA), Special Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and various perks such as quarters facility (in lieu of HRA for Officers), Conveyance, Medical Aid, LTC, etc., as per the Bank's rules in effect, is approximately Rs 2.14 lakhs per month in Mumbai. Please note that allowances may vary based on the place of posting.
