The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has invited applications from eligible candidates for an extramural funded research project on a tenure basis.
The engagements will be for a study title, “Competency Assessment of Medical Laboratory Technologist in Primary Health Care Settings in Odisha.” Access Health International (Health System Transformation Platform, New Delhi) will be funding the project.
“Under this project, AIIMS Bhubaneswar will assess the existing competencies of medical laboratory technicians employed at the CHC of the four districts- Jajpur, Gajapati, Jharsuguda, and Angul of the state of Odisha,” the advertisement read.

Educational Qualification (i) MD in Community Medicine (ii) MBBS/BDS (iii) Master’s degree in Public Health /Epidemiology /Health Care Management/Health Administrative with following essential experience (for SL no 2 & 3)
Duration: 5 months
Monthly Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 1,00,000
2. Field Investigator: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with minimum one year of experience of working in a medical/Pathology laboratory and Willingness to travel to the above mentioned four districts of Odisha.
Duration: 2 months
Monthly Consolidated Emoluments: Rs 25,000
