Educational Qualification
For the role of Sr. Customer Service Executive, the candidate must have a graduate degree from a recognized university with 5 years of experience in these mentioned areas, of fares, reservation, ticketing computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling.
The minimum qualification required of a candidate for the role of Customer Service Executive is to be a graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern. However, preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certification courses like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
The aspirants applying for either of the positions must be proficient in the use of PC and have good command over spoken and written English apart from Hindi.
Age Limit
The age limit of General category candidates applying for the position of Sr. Customer Service Executive is 33 Years. For OBC it has a maximum age relaxation of 3 years and for SC/ST it is 5 years.
Candidates applying for the position of Customer Service Executive, the age limit for general category aspirants is 28 years with an upper age limit relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
