(image) Bhubaneswar: A security personnel was injured in an accidental fire in SOG camp at Mathili in Malkangiri on Sunday. The jawan has been identified as Sarat Patnaik, resident of Nabrangpur.

The incident took place when a bullet got accidentally fired from the rifle of his colleague and hit the stomach of Patnaik.

The injured jawan has later rushed to a hospital in Koraput.
