Japan holds product exhibition

Gurgaon: The Japan Government is holding an exhibition here showcasing the country`s recovery after the devastating earthquake that claimed thousands of lives last year.

The three-day exhibition `JAPAN NEXT – Quality Products Show`, which began on Friday, is part of events being held in the country to mark the 60th Anniversary of Japan-India diplomatic relations.

Japanese Ambassador to India Akitaka Saiki said India and Japan have enjoyed the interaction of culture, people and economies since a very long time. Products of more than 20 leading companies of Japan, including automobiles, consumer electronics and AV devices, are on display in the exhibition.
