How to make the special Ayurvedic kadha?

You need very simple kitchen ingredients to prepare this kadha. The ingredients include freshly grated ginger, honey, tulsi leaves, cinnamon stick (1 inch), black peppercorns, a few cloves, and water.

Crush peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger in a mortar and pastel. Now add this masala to boiling water along with fresh tulsi leaves. Give it a boil for 15 to 20 minutes so that all the content of all the ingredients oozes into the water.

Now strain this ayurvedic kadha and add honey while serving.

It is important that you prepare this kadha fresh and drink it when warm for maximum benefit.

There is another way to make an Ayurvedic Kadha. You can try this as well to optimise your digestive juices and maintain good health.

For this kadha, you need roasted coriander, fennel, and cumin seeds as well as a few black peppercorns. Grind all these ingredients together and keep them in an airtight jar.

Whenever you want to make this instant kadha, just boil a glass of water, add this kadha mix, and let the ingredients steep in the hot water for some time. Strain and it is ready to drink.
