Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu and several other leaders on Thursday extended their greetings to all on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.
"My heartiest greetings to all the countrymen on Ram Navami. The life of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram gives the invaluable message of sacrifice and service. It is my best wish that all the countrymen imbibe the superior ideals of Lord Rama and dedicate themselves to building a glorious India," the President tweeted.
Taking to Twitter, PM Modi wrote, “Many best wishes to all the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. The life of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ramchandra, based on sacrifice, austerity, restraint and determination, will remain the inspiration of humanity in every era.”
Similarly, Home Minister Amit Shah extended greetings to the people of India and wrote, “Best wishes to everyone on the great festival of Ram Navami. Maryada Purushottam Prabhu Shri Ram, along with walking on the path of religion and truth, taught the whole human world to have patience and a sense of kindness for all even in critical situations. May Lord Shri Ram shower his blessings on everyone. Jai Shri Ram!”
Extending wishes on the occasion, BJP National Vice-President Baijayant Panda wrote, “The life of Maryada Purushottam Prabhu Shriram teaches us to walk on the path of justice and religion. Hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Shree Ram Navami. May Lord Shri Ram shower his blessings on everyone. Jai Siyaram.”
