Maha Saptami rituals of goddess Durga have started at all the pandals across the State on Sunday with much fanfare. The rituals started with Mangala Alati and were followed up with Nabapatrika snana-o-sthapana, ‘Chakshu Daan’, ‘Pran Pratistha’ and ‘Khadga Puja’ rituals.
