Devotees' Reaction:
“I have booked my ticket since long. I was in the waiting list but it was not confirmed. So, I’m going by sharing this berth with a fellow passenger who is on his way to Kumbh Mela. No matter what we are all going to take a holy dip. We took turns to sleep on the berth and there is a lot of unity and brotherhood among us,” a devotee said.
Likewise, another devotee said, “I’m going with my family. My ticket is also not confirmed, but other passengers co-operated with us and allowed us travel on their seats. This is what makes the Kumbh Mela special. We are all brothers and there is no discrimination in front of God. So, we are all travelling together to take holy dip.”
