The temple city of Ayodhya is all decked up and ready for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Lord Ram today. It will be a historic day as the sacred ceremony carries profound cultural and symbolic importance.
Designed by world-famous architect Chandrakant B Sompura, the temple is an architectural charisma. Supported by a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors, the Ram Temple is three-storied with each floor being 20 feet tall.

These 20 features of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir are the best and every proud Hindu should know about it. Read to know the important features of the Ram Temple.
1. The Mandir is in the traditional Nagar style.
2. The Mandir has a length (east-west) of 380 feet, a width of 250 feet, and a height of 161 feet.
3. The Mandir is three-storied, with each floor being 20 feet tall. It has a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors.
4. In the main sanctum sanctorum, there is the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram (the idol of Shri Ram Lalla) and on the first floor, there will be a Shri Ram Darbar.
