Ghaziabad: Two persons were arrested here today on the charges of running a fake marriage racket and duping people. "Two persons identified as Pappu Pandit and Bhure have been arrested, whereas two others including Rakesh Tyagi and Seema are still at large," SP (Rural) Ajay Mishra said.

The matter came to light after a complaint by Baba. Baba contacted one Pappu Tyagi to arrange his marriage. "Tyagi with the help of his two accomplices Rakesh and Bhure solemnised Baba`s fake marriage with Seema and duped him an amount of Rs 26,000," added Mishra. However, soon after the marriage, Tyagi, Rakesh, Bhure and Seema vanished. Mishra further said, "A case has been lodged and we are still investigating the details."
