Vijay Deverakonda is all set to make a smashing entry in Bollywood with Liger opposite Ananya Panday. Reportedly, he has already signed a 100 crore deal for three movies with Dharma Productions. So he is already on the way to becoming a big Bollywood star. And now he has joined the league of B-town biggies like Abhishek Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Saif Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal by making a debut on ace photographer Dabboo Ratnani’s calendar this year.
The Southern hunk shared a click of him in monochrome on a bike and looked dashing and in a beastly mood. In denim, white vest and with his wavy locks enveloping his handsome face, the Telugu actor made a devastating impact. The Telugu superstar introduced himself as “Your Beast Boy.”
Incidentally, this is the same look that Vijay Deverakonda is sporting in Liger which is why initially the Arjun Reddy star was reluctant to share his first look from the movie in this way. But finally, he gave his nod for the photoshoot. While today Vijay is the inspiration for many youngsters, for him Shah Rukh Khan has always been the idol.
In a video recently shared by Dabboo Ratnani, Vijay can be heard saying that he loves the journey of SRK and since the Badshah had appeared on Ratnani’s calendar, it was a must-do thing on the list of the Dear Comrade star.
‘World Famous Lover’ was the last released movie of Vijay Deverakonda which failed to create an impact on the box office. However, his earlier movies like Arjuna Reddy have given him a pan India following and that is the reason a big Bollywood producer like Karan Johar decided to launch him in Bollywood. The boss of Dharma Productions even threw a party to welcome Vijay in his fold earlier and introduced him to a few stars from the young generation.
