Well, it is not Animal! The actress recently recalled about the incident during the shooting of Laila Majnu.

During the promotions of 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video', Triptii spoke to The Hollywood Reporter India and revealed many lesser-known details about herself.

The Bad Newz actress said that she was never academically good. She told her parents that she would give modelling a try. While Triptii wanted to move to Mumbai, her parents were scared of her decision as she was a shy and introvert person who never stepped out of Delhi.

Even though her parents were not happy with her decision, she decided to try her luck in the entertainment world.

When she moved from her hometown Garhwal in Uttarakhand to Mumbai, she didn't know the basics of acting. However, in 2017, she bagged a role in Poster Boys. However, it was difficult for her to work with Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Shreyas Talpade. According to her, she didn't know the 'A' of acting so she couldn't perform well in the movie.

Further, she recalled that she bagged the lead role in Laila Majnu, after getting rejected in her first attempt. She went on to attend the workshops with her director Sajid Ali and co-star Avinash Tiwary.

While the team discussed acting, backstory and characterizations, she simply sat blank-faced as she didn't know anything.

Triptii said, “I would go home and cry, thinking, ‘Am I doing the right thing?’ because I didn’t understand what they were saying or their language.”

She also said that she wanted to quit the movie.

Well, be it Bulbul or Qala, Triptii nailed the characters with her impressive performance. However, her role in Animal marked a significant, far greater moment in her career, earning her widespread recognition and acclaim.
