After setting movie theatres on fire with her hot scenes in Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’, national crush Triptii Dimri is all set to tickle the funny bones with her upcoming movie ‘Bad Newz’.
Paired opposite Vicky Kaushal for the first time, Triptii has entered the comedy genre with ‘Bad Newz’ after hard-hitting movies like Laila Majnu, Qala, Bulbbul, and Animal. Also starring Punjabi star Ammy Virk, the film is going to be a laughing riot.
Meanwhile, the three stars who are on a promotional spree shared a video on Instagram that is going crazy viral. The video shows Triptii Dimri giving poison-laced water to Vicky Kaushal while the latter feeds her with poison-laced dark chocolate.
The on-screen couple recreated the viral reel where both of them cheat each other. However, there is a twist. While Vicky Kaushal saves himself with the help of Ammy Virk, it is Triptii who ‘dies’ after eating the chocolate.

‘Bad Newz’, is touted to be the sequel to Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani’s ‘Good Newz’. The movie is all set to hit the theatres tomorrow i.e. July 19.
