The excitement among moviegoers is escalating with each passing day for the upcoming horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (BB3), starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan and Triptii Dimri. After the humungous success of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii has become the favourite of filmmakers. After Animal, she has worked in a number of movies but coming on board for BB3 is like a dream come true moment for the actress. Recently, the Bulbul actress expressed her excitement about working in BB3 and revealed why she signed Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is like a 'dream come true'
At the India Today Conclave 2024, held on September 25, the Qala actress expressed that when she was offered Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, she was on cloud nine. She said that Anees Bazmee's upcoming horror-comedy is a wonderful film and part of an incredible franchise.
She said, "I couldn't believe it when I was offered the role; it was a dream come true."
Further, talking about her co-stars, she said that Kartik is amazing in Rooh Baba's character and working with her favourite actress Vidya was a pleasure.
Well, Triptii didn't reveal anything about the movie. While BB3 is all set to hit the theatres this Diwali and will witness a box office clash with Ajay Devgn's Singham Again, speculations are rife that Madhuri Dixit will also be seen in the horror-comedy.
What PUSHED Triptii to sign Animal?
Until now, Animal is considered as the biggest blockbuster of Triptii's career. However, all eyes are on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and fans expect that it will be much bigger and entertaining than BB2. While Triptii will be seen as the lead lady in the horror-comedy, she was seen in a supporting role in Animal. Despite that, she stole the limelight as Zoya. Though a section of the audience continues to troll the actress for her sensual avatars, she called her character in Animal as 'brave' and 'innocent'.
Further, she also disclosed the reason behind signing Animal.
While confessing that she is not an actress who likes to stay in her comfort zone, Triptii said working in Animal was quite challenging.
Triptii realised her trait while working in Bulbul and Qala. She felt energized while working on both movies, unlike her recent movies.
Triptii said, "Every time I get a role, I feel like it's both scary and challenging. That's exactly how I felt when Sandeep sir explained Zoya's character to me. She seemed both brave and innocent at the same time, and that excited me. I’m always looking for roles that offer something different."
