Kiara Advani is one of the top 10 Bollywood actresses today. Naturally she charges huge remuneration for her movies. But when the buzz about Kiara Advani getting Rs 15 crores started doing rounds many were surprised.
Undoubtedly Kiara’s presence will add more glamour and appeal to the movie but even then a remuneration as high as Rs 15 crores seemed less likely as the movie also has some other big heroines like Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Shruti Haasan.
Kiara Advani has received a good package for Toxic but…
The Game Changer actress has received good remuneration for working as the female lead in Toxic but it is nowhere near Rs 15 crore. It is because Toxic is mainly the movie of Yash. Since it is his first movie after KGF and KGF 2 the hype is super high and the expectations of the fans are overwhelming.
Naturally the response to Toxic is expected to be beyond imagination. The first week mostly decides the fate of a movie and the stardom of Yash has shown that he has in it to pull the crowd to the theaters in large numbers from the first day first show.
So the entire show and success of Toxic depends upon none other than Yash. Although presence of Kiara Advani is important, it is the stardom of Yash that is ultimately going to define whether the film becomes a success or not.
And that is why the exaggerated remuneration of Rs 15 crore rumour can never be true.
Toxic postponed to 2026?
Latest update on Toxic indicates that the movie has been postponed to March 19, 2026. Earlier it was expected to hit the theaters on April 10, 2025. A delay of almost a year has left fans of the KGF star shocked. Helmed by Geetu Mohandas, this high action film is being made simultaneously in English and Kannada and will be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi.
