It is a dream come true moment for fans to meet their favourite stars. And such a dream has come true for a young woman after she got a chance to meet her favourite star Tom Cruise.

The adorable meeting between Tom and his young fan has gone viral for a very adorable reason and the internet is smitten with the ‘Mission Impossible’ star’s simplicity.

According to an Instagram post, the girl got a chance to meet her ‘crush’ Tom Cruise at the premier of Mission Impossible 7. She approached the actor and confessed how he was not just her crush, but also her mother’s favourite actor.

“30 years ago on my parents first date my dad asked my mom, who’s her celebrity crush and it was you Tom Cruise. 30 years later, I’m here telling my dad I have a crush on Tom Cruise,” the girl says.

This leaves Tom in splits who has a funny yet sweet answer.

Unable to control his laughter, Tom says, “I hope your dad’s okay with that.” Later, both Tom and his fans break out in laughter together.

Later, the actor happily obliged for a picture and looked very candid before he went to talk to other fans. Sharing a video of the adorable incident, the young girl wrote, “Had the sweetest moment with @tomcruise at his Mission Impossible 7 premiere on Monday💙”

“If you know me, you’ll know how much this means to me because I’ve loved him as an actor and his movies since high school 🥹 The undivided attention to listen to my story, him reaching out to squeeze my hand gently - he made me feel like I was the only person there,” she added.

“He also came back to me to check that I took the perfect photo of us, after he had already moved on to other fans 💕 Can’t wait to see the movie 😙,” read her Instagram post.
