TKMOC: Special bond between behna Daya and veera Sundar missed

The entire country is celebrating Raksha Bandhan, the festival that showcases the special bond between sisters and brothers. On Raksha Bandhan, Asit Kumarr Modi –producer of the popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TKMOC) shared some throwback videos of Daya alias Disha Vakani and her brother Sundar lal.

Sundar lal aka Mayur Vakani is the real and real life brother of Daya aka Disha. In the first throwback video shared by Asit Kumarr Modi, Daya can be seen tying a Rakhi to Sundar lal while worried Jethalal looking at them. This made the fans feel nostalgic about the memories that they cherish about Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and the special bond between Daya and Sundar lal.

The chemistry both Daya and Sundar lal shared on the show was quite unique and both were once the central characters on which the show revolved along with other characters including Jethalal played by Dilip Joshi and others.

Not only the bond between Daya and Sundar Lal, the throwback videos also highlighted the importance of Gokuldham Society as well. All the residents of Gokuldham practice different religions, but they are united as they always share the message of peace and love. Be it Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Eid or any other festival, everybody respects and take active part in the celebrations which reflects the social fabric of our country.
