The Ba***ds of Bollywood trailer out: Aryan Khan brings Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in unexpected cameos, watch

The much-anticipated trailer of Aryan Khan’s debut Netflix web series The Ba***ds of Bollywood has finally dropped, creating a wave of excitement across social media. Produced by Gauri Khan under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner, the seven-episode drama promises sharp humor, fiery ambition, and larger-than-life Bollywood drama. What makes it even more special is the unexpected cameos of superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

Aasmaan Singh’s Journey Into Bollywood

At the heart of the series is Aasmaan Singh (played by Lakshya), a small-town dreamer who steps into the dazzling yet cutthroat world of Hindi cinema. Supported by his loyal best friend Parvaiz (Raghav Juyal), witty manager Sanya (Anya Singh), and his close-knit family- uncle Avtar (Manoj Pahwa), mother Neeta (Mona Singh), and father Rajat (Vijayant Kohli)- Aasmaan dares to chase stardom. But the journey is anything but smooth.

When he lands a film opposite Karishma (Sahher Bambba), the daughter of reigning superstar Ajay Talvar (Bobby Deol), Aasmaan finds himself battling egos, politics, and powerful industry players. From a cunning producer Freddy Sodawallah (Manish Chaudhari) to a struggling veteran Jaraj Saxena (Rajat Bedi), Aasmaan’s story mirrors the ruthless glamour of Bollywood itself.

Cameos That Steal the Show

The trailer teases several hilarious and meta moments- including Avtar mistaking Shah Rukh Khan for rapper Badshah, much to SRK’s irritation, and Aamir Khan dismissing Aasmaan for choosing vada pav over idli sambar while chatting with filmmaker SS Rajamouli.

Though reports have been abuzz about Salman Khan's cameo, the Dabangg Khan was missing from the trailer. As it seems, Aryan has his surprise plans in place for fans of Bhaijaan.

Release Date

Packed with drama, satire, and superstar energy, The Ba***ds of Bollywood is set to premiere on Netflix on September 18.
