In the last few years, many popular actors have taken leave from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah either for personal reasons or because of their disputes with the production team. Now, it seems yet another actor is planning to bid adieu to this hit comedy show. Rumours are adrift that Raj Anadkat who replaced Bhavya Gandhi as Tappu in the show four years ago is planning to quit the show.
While producer Asit Kumarr Modi has said that he does not have any inkling about this new development, speculations indicate that the linkup of Babitaji aka Munmun Dutta and Raj has made the young actor take this decision. Earlier, there were rumours that the lead actor of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah-Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal is not happy with Raj Anadkat as the latter reaches very late on the sets.
Koimoi has reported that although the journey of Raj with the TMKOC team has been quite interesting, now things do not seem to be working. The report says that even though the team of TMKOC is trying to balance its equation with Raj Anadkat, the result is not positive. Raj off late has been in the news more for his alleged linkup with Munmun Dutta than for his role as Tappu.
In Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Munmun is his Babita Aunty, and keeping that equation in mind, having an affair with her certainly does not seem right. Moreover, there is also a possibility that he might be leaving the show because there is no growth in the character of Tappu. Raj is young and good looking and as Bhavya maybe he intends to explore better options as an actor and that is why is leaving TMKOC.
For the fans of the show, there will be a big treat as the entire team of actors will feature in the KBC 13 episode this Friday on 10th December 2021.
