Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Best Moments and Struggle of Ghanashyam Nayak aka Nattu Kaka
Ghanashyam Nayak who is more famous as Nattu Kaka of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah breathed his last on Sunday. He was diagnosed with cancer at the start of this year. That was why he stopped appearing on the show when the shooting resumed after the lockdown was lifted. He did appear for a few minutes but it was evident that his health was not good and Ghanashyam was facing some problems when he was delivering the dialogues.
Fans will always remember him as Nattu Kaka even though he worked in many other serials, movies, and dramas. He was a veteran actor who started his journey from the Gujarati stage and later on went on to entertain the audience with his unique style of acting on TMKOC.
Despite being in the entertainment industry for 50 plus years, Ghanashyam had to face a lot of financial issues for a larger part of his life. Even after working in some big movies like Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Ghanashyam had to borrow money to pay his rent.
