The first glimpse of the highly anticipated Tamil epic period drama film ‘Kanguva’ starring superstar Suriya was released on Sunday and netizens have already declared it a blockbuster.
The glimpse is overloaded with goosebumps and fans seem mighty impressed with the National Award-winning actor’s look as a mighty warrior. The makers of the much-awaited film released the teaser on the occasion of Suriya’s 48th birthday and fans are already calling the film a ‘masterpiece’.
The Siva directorial is expected to take the box office by storm and will be released Pan India in 2D and 3D. The movie has already been sold for a whopping price of Rs 80 crore to Amazon Prime Video. It will take Kollywood to another level, the director of the movie said.
The 2.21-minute glimpse introduces the dark, raw, rustic world of the jungle, where mighty tribal leader Kanguva (Suriya) rules and unleashes his wrath by waging war against his enemy. The mighty leader can do anything to protect his people.
Kanguva's first glimpse ends with Suriya looking into the camera and announcing his arrival, a pure goosebumps moment for his fans. As soon as the makers dropped the first glimpse, Suriya fans are going gaga.
They took to Twitter to share their happiness and also declared it a ‘bonafide blockbuster’ that will break several records.
