Sidharth-Kiara wedding: Shahid Kapoor, Karan Johar jet off for Jaisalmer; all eyes on Salman Khan

Captain Vikram Batra could not keep his promise of marriage to ladylove Dimple due to his commitments for the country. However, the country is going to witness the marriage of reel-life Captain Batra (Sidharth Malhotra) and Dimple (Kiara Advani) and remember the real-life brave heart and Param Vir Chakra awardee.

The SOTY star is all set to tie the knot with Kiara Advani at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace tomorrow. The wedding venue is all decked up for the starry wedding in the attendance of many big celebrities. 

Sidharth and Kiara fell in love on the sets of the 2021 blockbuster movie Shershaah, their first film together.

Meanwhile, Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput were pictured leaving Mumbai airport. Both Mira and Shahid share a strong bond with Kiara and are part of the bride’s side.

Similarly, filmmaker Karan Johar was also spotted leaving Mumbai airport this morning. 

Both Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani checked in at Jaisalmer separately with their families. The Shershaah actors were all smiles as they were clicked by the paparazzi.

Meanwhile, the pre-wedding celebrations have already started and guests have started arriving. Among other guests are Kiara Advani’s friend Isha Ambani and superstar Salman Khan.

Earlier, reports said around 100-125 guests have been invited to attend the wedding. Strong security has been kept outside Jaisalmer airport and special cards and bands have been made for the drivers to enter the hotel, sources informed.
