On Monday, Shruti Haasan took to her Instagram story and announced that she is temporarily quitting social media.
Her post read, "Digital detox. Silence. See you in a bit lovelies." (sic)
Well, this announcement has certainly disheartened her admirers. Undoubtedly, fans can't wait for her comeback.
Notably, two weeks ago, a series of unusual posts on Cryptocurrency and meme-related content were shared by Shruti's X's account. Though the actress didn't issue an official clarification about the same, many believed that her account was hacked.

Much like her superstar father Kamal Haasan, Shruti Haasan has also established herself in the South film industry as well as Bollywood. Currently, she is gearing up for Lokesh Kanagaraj's Coolie. With Thalaivar Rajinikanth in the lead, the action-packed drama also features Nagarjuna and Aamir Khan. The movie is set for a box office clash with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's War 2 as it is slated for release on August 14.
