Sherlyn Chopra and Rahul Gandhi are two people from entirely different fields. No one in even the wildest dreams would expect to see them together on even the same platform. But it seems Sherlyn does not mind being with Rahul Gandhi. Recently, when the glamorous beauty was asked by a paparazzi whether she would readily marry Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi, the actress surprised everyone by saying yes.
Sherlyn said, “Haan kyun nahi, par shaadi ke baad mera surname chopra hi rahega.” The Time Pass actress seemed at ease while answering the question as she posed with her fans for selfies. Sherlyn is very hot and keeps on giving glimpses of her latest activities to her fans on social media. Apart from that, the Indian model recently was also in the news for filing a complaint at the Juhu Police Station against a financer from Mumbai who allegedly molested her.
In her complaint, Sherlyn has made strong accusations of making unwelcoming advances against the financer. She said that the financer tried to molest her on the pretext of making a video and offering her money for that. The former MTV Splitsvilla host said that when she rejected his offer and did not give in to his approaches, the financer tried to threaten her and started verbally abusing her.
Instead of feeling frightened, Sherlyn went to the police station and boldly registered a complaint against the said financer. Such abuses and uncomfortable approaches are not uncommon in Bollywood and many actresses both from the television and film industry have revealed their experiences earlier that are quite shocking.
But this stand from Sherlyn Chopra is not at all surprising as previously too she has openly supported the #Meetoomovement. While the actress is all ready to marry Rahul Gandhi, now it needs to be seen how the scion from the Gandhi family reacts to Sherlyn’s positive response.
