Amidst the grand wedding ceremony of Anant Ambani and his ladylove Radhika Merchant, a video of actress Shanaya Kapoor yelling at a security guard has caught the attention on social media. A viral video shows Shanaya- daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor- losing her cool on a security guard for checking her bag.
The video shows the star kid engaged in a heated argument as the security guard checks her bag at the wedding venue. The bag checking did not go well with Shanaya who can be seen schooling the security guard.
While the audio is not clear, her lip sync shows her saying ‘What sorry, this is ridiculous’. Dressed in an ivory kurta set, Shanaya looks visibly miffed, attracting several comments from social media users. While a section of people trolled her for showing attitude even before her debut, others backed her.
“Behen Tera toh career bhi nahin hai. You should be thankful that at least these hardworking security guys are giving you some attention,” commented a user.

Another user wrote, “What a brat!! Security hai, check toh karegi na. 😂”

Shanaya, the best friend of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and actress Ananya Panday also shares a close bond with both Anant and Radhika. She was one of the many guests and was part of almost all the pre and post wedding celebrations.
Right from the pre-wedding in Jamnagar followed by luxury bash on a cruise in Europe, to the rest of the wedding, Shanaya has been actively part of all the celebrations. Her cousins Janhvi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and uncle Anil Kapoor and Boney Kapoor were also part of the celebration.
Talking about her debut, Shanaya was supposed to make entry into Bollywood with Karan Johar’s ‘Bedhadak’. However, there have been no updates on the same ever since its announcement in 2022.
