The announcement of Shaktimaan movie thrilled the kids of 90s era. Veteran actor Mukesh Khanna, who played the titular role in the superhero serial, has been building anticipation among all. However, there have been no updates on it yet. While fans have been wondering about the actor who will step into the shoes of the iconic superhero, on Friday Khanna teased on social media, "Shaktimaan Arriving Soon". He also mentioned, "It's time for him to return."
On Friday, Khanna shared a short video clip on social media that shows a few old clips from the TV Serial Shaktimaan. Khanna in and as Shaktimaan, was quite friendly with the kids. Even children were quite fond of the superhero.
As the video plays, a text scrolls on the screen reading, "As Darkness & Evil Prevails Over Children of Today, Bheeshm International Brings Back India's First Super Teacher Super Hero." (sic)
Further, the video shows Mukesh Khanna as Shaktimaan and landing in a school premises. Khanna starts singing, "Aazadi ke deewanon ne Jung ladhi phir jaanein di, ang ang kat gaye magar par anch watan par na ane di..."
He sings the song while looking at the pictures of revolutionaries and freedom fighters like Chandrasekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose and others.
Well, this announcement has streamed excitement among all. While fans speculate that their childhood hero Shaktimaan will soon arrive in theatres and the lead actor for playing the superhero will be revealed soon, this announcement could be something else. As it seems, Khanna and Bheeshm International will be bringing back the special segment of Shaktimaan serial where the superhero used to guide children and insisted them to follow a better path in life. And any child caught while involved in any wrong act apologised Shaktimaan by saying, "Sorry Shaktimaan."
However, fans need to wait for Khanna to uncover the truth.
