Tollywood actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is constantly in the headlines following reports of her plans to take a break from work for six months or more for treatment of her autoimmune condition. Though reports were quite abuzz, the actress was yet to confirm the same. However, on Thursday, Sam confirmed that she is all set to take a break from work.
In her recent post on Instagram, Sam shared a picture and announced the wrap-up of her upcoming web series Citadel. She shared a photo posing with her director-duo (Raj and DK) from the last day of the shoot on the sets of Citadel.
Her caption for the post read: And it’s a wrap on #CitadelIndia A break doesn’t seem like a bad thing at all when you know what’s coming @rajanddk @mensit The family I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for helping me fight every single battle and never ever giving up on me.. I wish more than anything in the world to make you proud.. Thank you for the role of a lifetime.. i.e until you write me the next. (sic)
Earlier today, she also shared a selfie with a happy face and captioned the post: 13th of July will always be a special special day. And it's a wrap on #CitadelIndia (sic).
If earlier reports are anything to go by, Sam will take a long break to undergo treatment of her autoimmune condition. After fulfilling her work commitments, the actress will focus on her health and well-being.
