Rashmika Mandanna to star opposite Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3?

Ever since the announcement of Aashiqui 3, fans are eager to know about the leading lady opposite Kartik Aaryan. While many names were doing rounds for the role, according to a close source, the makers seems to have finalized ‘national crush‘Rashmika Mandanna for the project.

According to a close source to the film, Rashmika has beaten the other actresses to bag the role to become Kartik’s co-star in Aashiqui 3. And, the official announcement regarding the same will be made soon.

The source was quoted saying, “Kartik and Rashmika are a fresh pair. Kartik has done films with Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani and even Ananya Panday. He needs to be paired with new faces. The ad that Kartik and Rashmika did together is a rage. There is a population out there waiting to see them together in a full-fledged film.”

So, if paired together, it will be interesting to see the sizzling chemistry between Kartik and Rashmika of which we had a glimpse in the Wow ad which they shot recently.

Besides, it is also rumored that telly diva Jenifer Winget, Aashiqui  2 actress Shraddha Kapoor, and Kirti Sanon may be seen romancing Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3. 

On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna was last seen in Sita Ramam alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur and Sumanth. 

She has a slew of projects in her kitty which includes Goodbye alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Mission Majnu opposite Sidharth Malhotra, Pushpa 2 with Allu Arjun, and Animal with Ranbir Kapoor.
