The reports of Actress Rashmika Mandanna, suffering an unfortunate gym injury on Friday left her fans disheartened and worried. On Saturday, Rashoo, who has been riding high on back-to-back success with Animal and Pushpa 2: The Rule, confirmed suffering injury, shared a bunch of pictures and tendered an apology to the directors of her upcoming films including Sikandar, Thama and Kubera.
In the set of pictures, Rashmika 'made a long face' with cute emotions and displayed her injured leg.

She captioned the post, "Well… happy New Year to me I guess! 🤦🏻♀️ Injured myself in my sacred gym shrine 🥲🤣
Now I’m in “hop mode” for the next few weeks or months or god only knows, so seems like I’ll be hopping my way back to sets for Thama, Sikandar, and Kubera! 💘🥰" (sic)
Further, she wrote, "To my directors sorry for the delay…I’ll be back soon enough just making sure my legs are fit for action (or at least fit for hopping) 🐰💥🐒" (sic)
"In the meantime, if you need me…I’ll be the one in the corner doing a highly advanced bunny hop workout. HOP HOP HOP…🐇✨," she added. (sic)
Following the injury, the shooting of the films has come to a halt. However, most of the portions of the movies have already been completed. Well, her injury might impact the release dates of the movies as Rashmika may take days or months to recover.
Meanwhile, fans have expressed concerns for the actress after seeing her pictures. Fans have flooded the comments section with 'Get well soon' messages.

Earlier, a close source to the actress said that Rashmika sustained an injury in the gym and has been recovering well by resting. However, this led to a temporary halt to the filming of her upcoming films.
However, the source added that Rashoo is already feeling much better and will resume work on set very soon. Reportedly, Pushpa's Srivalli has been advised to take a short break to ensure complete recovery before returning to her packed schedule.
