Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is the much-awaited flick. Scheduled for theatrical release on December 6, the Sukumar directorial also stars Fahadh Faasil and Sunil with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Recently, the makers dropped a poster of the film filling excitement among all. While fans are waiting for more updates about the sequel, recently, a report claims that Fahadh Faasil is currently busy with rigorous shooting.
Fahadh plays the lead antagonist in Pushpa 2 and as per speculations, his faceoff as Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat with Pushparaj aka Allu Arjun will be much more times intense.
As per the latest reports, Fahadh has given bulk dates for shooting his part. He is shooting nonstop for the film at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City.
Notably, Fahadh earlier had assigned bulk dates for Pushpa 2 but the makers failed to utilise it. For this reason, the shooting got delayed and Bunny also went abroad to spend some quality time with his family.
Now that everything has fallen into place, the makers without wasting any time are shooting Fahadh's part rigorously.
On the other hand, fans are waiting for updates regarding the actress who will shake a leg with Bunny in the special item song. While several names have popped up recently, Janhvi Kapoor remains at the top of the discussion. However, the makers are yet to reveal it.
SS Rajamouli's visit on set fills 'Josh' among all
Recently, the Pushpa: The Rule makers shared a picture of ace South director SS Rajamouli with Sukumar from the sets of the movie. Rajamouli visited the set and posed with Pushpa's director. Sharing the picture on social media, the makers captioned it, "An ICONIC picture from the sets of #Pushpa The pride of Indian Cinema @ssrajamouli visits the sets of the BIGGEST MASS FILM OF INDIAN CINEMA - #Pushpa2TheRule THE RULE IN CINEMAS on 6th DEC 2024." (sic)
Well, Rajamouli's visit on the set must have filled 'Josh' among the entire crew. Meanwhile, some speculate that the Baahubali fame might be seen in a cameo in Pushpa 2, just like in Kalki 2898 AD. However, the possibility of the same can't be ignored.
Currently, the RRR helmer is busy with his upcoming SSMB29, starring Mahesh Babu in the lead. While nothing has been revealed regarding the cast, the movie is touted to be the biggest pan-India movie with a budget of Rs 1000 crore. It is expected that an official announcement regarding the cast and shooting schedule will be made soon.
