The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) cleared ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ with a U/A certificate with a reported three minor tweaks to its dialogues and slight visual changes.
As per the latest reports available on social media, the Indian Censor Board allowed the Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer movie to go ahead with its scheduled release after suggesting its makers mute three cuss words.
Reports also mentioned that the censor board watchdog was highly impressed with the movie as well as its overall production quality. Buzz is also floating about that the interval and climax of the film are some of its biggest highlights and are expected to feature some of the best performances ever by Allu Arjun.

Incidentally, the movie was cleared with a total runtime of 201 minutes or 3 hours and 21 minutes, making it one of the longest Tollywood movies. Additionally, its length stands alongside the likes of some of the most recent blockbusters on the big screen like ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ (3 hours and 1 minute) and ‘Animal’ (3 hours and 21 minutes).
The news gripped fans with excitement who took over social media to express the same. “An instant blockbuster,” “exactly what I wanted,” “more of Allu Arjun,” and “release it now please,” were some of the major fan sentiments currently trending online on sites like X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.
‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ recently broke the Internet when its trailer launch event in Bihar drew massive crowds and became the third most-viewed Indian film trailer in its first 24 hours, with 102 million views across languages.
