Puneeth Rajkumar Vs Yash Vs Kiccha Sudeep: 'FAN WAR' Ends In KFI After Appu's Farewell

Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar was laid to rest after the final rites were conducted at Kanteerava Studio in Bengaluru on Sunday.  The final rites of Appu were conducted as per the traditions of the Ediga community of the Hindu religion in the presence of his family members, friends and ruling and opposition leaders of the political spectrum. 

The untimely demise of Appu caused a huge loss to the Kannada Film Industry (KFI), fans and family members. Fans are still mourning the irreparable loss. As per reports, about 10 lakh people visited and paid their last respect from Friday noon till the early hours of Sunday. Soon after the actor's mortal remains were shifted to Kanteerava Stadium, fans made a beeline to get the last glimpse of the superstar and the queue was never-ending.

Sudeep even shared a heartfelt note and expressed his grief while thanking the State's CM for making good arrangements to give a much deserving send-off to his colleague.

Following such noticeable gestures of the colleagues, fans stepped back and announced the end of 'FAN WAR'.
