Even the makers were planning to drop the teaser of the third instalment in a few days. However, Babu Bhaiya's exit from Hera Pheri 3 came as a jolt for fans who were eagerly waiting for the movie. The recent confirmation by Paresh Rawal about exiting Hera Pheri 3 has disheartened many. Well, a recent statement by Suniel Shetty indicates that Hera Pheri 3's future is uncertain.

Suniel Shetty on the Importance Of Characters in Movies
Actor Suniel Shetty is currently busy promoting his upcoming film 'Kesari Veer' along with his costars.
During a recent conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Shetty shared what truly motivates him to be a part of the film. Further, he also shared that he loves the characters and finds it exciting to work in a multi-starrer.
The Main Hoon Na actor said, "Where do you get to play such kinds of characters? How often do such characters come to you? Very rare."
Furthermore, he talked about the importance of each of the characters in a movie. He reflected on his experience in landmark movies like 'Border' and 'Hera Pheri' and explained how such stories rely on each character's presence to make an impact.
Shetty said, "For me, I was a part of Border, but everybody got an equal amount of love and adulation, and till today, we live on those characters."

Talking about Hera Pheri, he added, "When it comes to Hera Pheri, if it wasn't for Babu Bhai (Paresh Rawal) and Raju (Akshay Kumar), Shyam (Suniel Shetty) wouldn't exist, he has no meaning. You take any one of them out, and the film doesn't work."
Outraged Fans Call For Film To Be Shelved After Paresh Rawal's Exit
Notably, Paresh Rawal confirmed his exit from Hera Pheri 3 on Friday leaving fans disappointed. Reportedly, due to creative differences with the makers, Rawal walked out of the project even though they had commenced shooting the film.
Soon after the confirmation by Paresh Rawal, outraged fans called out to shelve Hera Pheri 3.
On the other hand, reports have been abuzz that either the makers will remove Baburao Ganapatrao Apte's character from the movie or another actor will replace him.

However, from Suniel Shetty's recent statement, it seems, Hera Pheri 3's future is uncertain. Even considering the reactions of outraged fans, the third instalment of the Hera Pheri franchise might not work.
