And, it is evident after the fans already called the movie adaptation of Mirzapur a 'disaster' with Hrithik Roshan replacing Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya.
Rumours are doing rounds that the makers have decided movie adaptation of the popular web series Mirzapur. Though Season 3 failed to meet the expectations, it continues to remain one of the most loved web series. Be it Pankaj Tripathi's Kaleen Bhaiya, Divyenndu Sharma's Munna Bhaiya or Ali Fazal's Guddu Bhaiya, almost all the characters in the action-drama series are loved by the viewers.
However, the reports of Hrithik Roshan replacing Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya have disheartened the fans and have ignited a firestorm of reactions on social media. Users have expressed their discontent on social media and stated that Tripathi's portrayal of Kaleen Bhaiya is irreplaceable.
Many even opined that Hrithik's casting as Kaleen Bhaiya would distract the audience and detract from the authenticity of the character. Several other fans also went on to say that the success of the series lies with the original cast. Roping in Hrithik just for the sake of popularity and star impact would lead to disappointment.
