Ranveer Allahbadia’s controversial statement on Samay Raina’s “India’s Got Latent” has put him in a jam. FIR has been filed against him with the Mumbai police knocking his doors. And rightfully so because the statement he made was shocking especially from someone who has been using spiritual and religious content on his podcast to gain views. The controversy has become a national news also because Ranveer had a very clean boy, religious image which now has been tarnished.
From politicians to celebrities, everyone is discussing Ranveer’s statement on television and social media platforms. Leading Bollywood director Imtiaz Ali and famous actor Manoj Bajpayee also shared their thoughts on this currently trending controversy that has gripped the country.
Imtiaz Ali says vulgarity is bad
Imtiaz said, “Short way mein jo fame aata hai woh short mein chala bhi jata hai aisa mujhe lagta hai. Aur jisko jis cheez mein mazha aata hai usko wahi karna chahiye. Ashlilta (vulgarity) aisa subject hai ki obviously yeh bura hai koi bhi kahega. But log immature hote hai toh jyada seriously unki galtiyon ko lena bhi nahi chahiye.”
At this juncture, Manoj Bajpayee added, “Haan matlab dekhiye bilkul sahi keha rahe hai. Dekhiye aaj kal safalta bahot jaldi milti hai. Maja iss baat mein hai ki hum safalta ko jyada der tak apne paas khichke rakhe taki baad mein hum uska jo hai maja le paye.Isliye joh bhi log safal hai, young hai, mahol ko jara dekhe, samjhe. Isiliye main bolta hun bahot jaruri hota hai. Isliye main bolta hoon jara newspaper padho yaar.”
According to Imtiaz Ali the joy of long lasting success can be preserved by giving and you can enjoy it for a long time. The Highway director said that after reaching a huge height you do not go down for always. He insisted that youngsters should pursue the success that comes with lot of hard work.
