KGF Chapter 2 is one of the most hyped movies that film lovers across the world are waiting eagerly. The sequel of the Kannada-origin movie starring Rocking Star Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead ruled the headlines soon after the inclusion of Bollywood actors like Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in the cast.
While Sanju Baba is portraying the character of antagonist Adheera, Raveena will be seen as the Prime Minister of India, Ramika Sen. By now, all are aware about the character of Adheera. Adheera is a wicked character and is more furious, brutal and powerful than Garuda (the antagonist in KGF Chapter 1). The excitement level among fans is high as they are expecting a huge clash between Rocky Bhai and Adheera with multiple high-end action sequences.
While fans are waiting eagerly to explore more about Adheera, many had developed the thought that Raveena's character is inspired by former Indian Prime Minister, the late Indira Gandhi. However, the Mohra girl has lifted the curtains shedding a beam of light to her character that busts the rumours.
During a recent interview with News 18, Raveena opened up about her character, Ramika Sen.
“There is nothing about Indira Gandhiji in this movie. Neither is my look like her nor is my character inspired by her. Nor have we taken any such references," Raveena was quoted as saying.
Further, she said, "The film is based in the ’80s and because I play a prime minister in the film, there were many speculations which stated that I play Indira Gandhiji in the movie."
Raveena went on to say that she is quite excited about KGF 2. Though the theatres had reopened and crowds thronged to watch movies, the new wave of COVID has slowed it down, which has thrown everything into an unexpected situation, she said.

Later on during the interview, Raveena sharing her on-set experience during KGF 2 journey, said, "Prashanth (Neel, the director) is such a pleasure to work with. Yash was so unassuming and such a gentleman to work with."
Fans indeed are also excited to learn more about the story and actions in KGF 2. While everyone knows that Rocky Bhai will be locking horns with Adheera, Inayath Khalil and Ramika Sen, many expected that the rivals trio will be joining hands to take down the 'Biggest Criminal of India.'
However, the revelation made by the actress is quite disheartening for many.
Raveena stated that unfortunately, she doesn’t have any scenes with Adheera.
“Sanjay and I thought we would have a blast on the sets just like old times but sadly we don’t share screen space in the film. Our shooting schedules also never overlapped. In fact, we requested Prashant if something could be worked out but the script didn’t have room for it," said Raveena.
