Much awaited blockbusters KGF 2 and Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast are scheduled to release on the same day on 14th April 2022. While KGF Chapter 2 is expected to become a pan India sensation, post the massive success of Master, Thalapathy Vijay is also eyeing yet another blockbuster.

Undoubtedly, at present, the popularity of Yash’s Rocky Bhai is comparatively more across all the states of India.

The dubbed Hindi version of KGF was welcomed with a good response in the Northern belt. On the other hand, Vijay’s Master which was released on last Sankranthi simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi failed to make an impact on the Hindi audience. But it was a big hit in the Southern belt and Thalapathy Vijay is expected to repeat the same feat with Beast which also stars the current top actress of South- Pooja Hegde.

There are still a couple of months left for both these movies to hit the theaters. But fans of the KGF franchise and Vijay have already started discussing the fate of these flicks. Continuously, they are discussing which movie will beat the other.

A few fans believe that there is no comparison between KGF 2 and Beast because while Vijay has a very good hold in Tamil Nadu, Yash is a well-known face in the North belt. So, there are chances that Beast will beat KGF 2 in the South whereas Thalapathy’s charm may not work in the North against Yash’s Rocky Bhai.

A few fans are of the view that Beast will easily beat KGF 2 in the South and Yash’s movie may not do good in Bollywood because most of the B-town families do not favour watching flicks with a high degree of violence. There is also a train of thought on social media that the hype around KGF 2 is mostly among the young generation whereas matured and older people will still favour Beast over the KGF sequel.

The outcome will be known once the movies hit the theaters. But undoubtedly, it is going to be the biggest clash and as the release date will come nearer, the hype is sure to escalate further.
