Kenishaa Francis, the rumoured girlfriend of actor Ravi Mohan, has issued a legal notice against those subjecting her to online harassment, death threats, and defamation following Ravi’s high-profile divorce and ongoing social media conflict with his estranged wife, Aarti Ravi.

On Sunday, Kenishaa shared a formal legal statement via her Instagram, accompanied by a caption that read, “To All Offenders: Cease and Desist Notice from Kenishaa’s Legal Team.”
The notice, structured into nine points, cited continuous digital harassment, character assassination, and psychological trauma faced by Kenishaa due to her alleged association with Ravi’s marital issues.
Grounds for Legal Action
The legal notice states that Kenishaa has been made the "unwarranted focal point of a concerted and intensifying pattern of public speculation, digital hostility, and reputational assault.”

Online Threats and Abuse
The statement highlights that Kenishaa has received rape threats, death threats, sexually explicit messages, and repeated instances of online stalking and tagging, which have led to severe psychological distress and reputational harm. The digital abuse reportedly intensified after Aarti Ravi publicly accused Kenishaa of being the “third person” responsible for the marital split.
Digital Evidence Preserved
Kenishaa’s legal team confirmed that all relevant digital evidence—such as URLs, usernames, timestamps, screenshots, and metadata—has been secured using verifiable hashing and time-stamping protocols. These will be used in future legal, regulatory, and investigative proceedings.
Public Clarification by Kenishaa
Before releasing the legal statement, Kenishaa had taken to Instagram to appeal for a fair hearing from the public. In a post, she wrote, "You have the right to question my actions, but please come do it to my face. I’m happy to show each one of you my side of the story… Please take me to court if you’re confident that I’m even a catalyst to anything that is happening around me now. I beg you – take me to court! Do it rightfully!"
