In Katha Ankahee, when Kailash comes to know that something has happened that has forced Katha to leave Viaan and break their engagement he points a gun at Viaan, and during their tussle, Kailash gets shot. Now it is not clear whether it was an accident or someone else from behind used the situation to shoot Kailash.
Viaan in legal custody, Katha gets blamed
