Kareena Kapoor never wants to go back to her 20s for this reason

The stunning Kareena Kapoor and everyone’s favourite ‘Geet’ is going to celebrate her birthday on September 21. The gorgeous beauty who will turn 43 on Thursday opened up on her age and journey in the film industry.

When asked if her age mattered to her, Kareena said, “I have never really been afraid of embracing my age… I’ll turn 43 on September 21st and I’m actually having the time of my life. I just love it.”

“I just don’t want to ever go back to my 20s as I think I was such a mess. Like what I was doing, I was a little overconfident, a little immature and took some childish decision,” she added.

The actress, who is aging like fine wine, made the statements while speaking at an event. Fans heaped praises on the ‘3 Idiots’ actress for enjoying her journey with both success and failures yet embracing her age beautifully.

On the work front, Kareena is gearing up for the release of her upcoming Netflix mystery thriller ‘Jaane Jaan’. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the film stars Kareena as a single mother involved in a murder, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma.

The film is scheduled to release on Kareena Kapoor’s birthday i.e. 21st September. This apart, she has ‘The Crew’ with Diljit Dosanjh, Tabu and Kriti Sanon and Veere Di Wedding 2.
