But after looking closely at the video it became evident that it was not the real Kareena Kapoor Khan but her animated version on the screen that was dancing with the crowd.

The moment this clip went viral online Bebo fans got livid accusing the Pakistani party organisers and his team of misusing the latest technology to promote such an act and malign an A-listed Bollywood celebrity.

The video was shared by Hamza Haris, a Pakistani DJ who according to his bio is a quintessential Karachi boy. He even shared what made him create the animated version of Bebo saying, “Been working on this track for a minute, and I finally wrapped it up just in time for the show. I knew if I was gonna play it, it had to have a visual. The track was inspired while I was watching Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and I sampled that iconic moment when Pooh says—well, you know the line. So I thought, why not have Kareena Kapoor dancing? It’s iconic. It’s chaotic. And honestly, no one’s done that at a rave before,”

Haris even said that they successfully pulled it off as the crowd in Karachi went wild. Haris even added, “Just hoping Karan Johar and Kareena Kapoor Khan see this someday and get how funny, unexpected, and hype it was."

The video shows Kareena Kapoor Khan dancing in a formal, pink-coloured outfit in a ponytail with the caption saying, “POV: You're at a rave in Karachi, Pakistan, and Kareena Kapoor starts dancing in front of you."

While Pakistanis have appreciated this act by Haris, Indian fans got livid with one saying, “No way…. This is an insult to our icon.” Another Insta user commented, “Legal issues coming soon.”
