India Achieved Freedom in 2014
During an interview, the Tanu Weds Manu actress made a controversial statement saying that India achieved freedom in 2014. According to the actress, the freedom that India received in 1947 was not independence but rather a bheek. Indirectly she was referring to the Modi-led BJP government coming into power.
Kananga Called Farmers Terrorist and also Slammed Rihanna and Diljit Dosanjh
When the famous pop singer Rihanna questioned that the farmer’s protest did not receive much coverage, Kangana hit back saying that they were not farmers but terrorists. She even slammed Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh calling him Khalistani as he was supporting the farmer’s protest.
