After the stupendous success of ‘RRR’, versatile actor Junior NTR is currently busy filming his highly anticipated movie ‘Devara’. Helmed by ‘Janatha Garage’ and ‘Mirchi’ director Koratala Siva, the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor has revealed that she is playing the role of Thangam, a village girl in the film. The stunning diva took to her Instagram handle to share a beautiful picture from the sets of the movie and revealed details of her character.
Going by the looks of Janhvi, the gorgeous beauty seems all set to impress Telugu audience with her mesmerising role as Thangam. In the picture, Janhvi is seen dressed in a half saree and standing with her hands on her waist. Director Koratala has revealed that Janhvi’s role is quite crucial in the film.
This will be the first time the audience will see Janhvi Kapoor paired up with Jr. NTR and fans cannot wait to see their Jodi on screen and their beautiful chemistry.
Devera is being made as a two-part franchise. The film is scheduled to release on April 5, 2024, coinciding with the festival of Ugadi. Devara is the second collaboration of Jr. NTR and director Koratala Siva after their 2016 blockbuster ‘Janatha Garage’.
Saif Ali Khan plays the main antagonist in the movie while ‘Jawan’ fame music director Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for this high-budget entertainer.
